The overall atmosphere felt so homely thanks to the family involvement in running this place. Breakfast was superb, with customizable options that highlighted high-quality, locally sourced ingredients! Tim, the host, provided engaging conversations and wonderful hiking recommendations.

Everything was really good and loved my stay there. The location was absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Lake District National Park. Besides, it was very close to pubs and the mountains.

The breakfast was a standout feature, prepared with local goodies and served in a cozy, engaging communal space. The well-decorated rooms offered a unique character, and the high-quality beds ensured a comfortable night's sleep.

Parking can be a hassle during busier times. Though some found spots nearby, it's a bit of a gamble on a peak day. For taller guests, the room sizes might become an issue, as a couple expressed difficulty fully stretching out in the beds. A few suggested room amenities were lacking attention, with small annoyances like a ticking clock disturbing sleep.

During weekend everything was excellent and we would love to come back.

Tim is such a lekker host, super chill and made us an epic brekkie with local goodies! Our room was massive, and I slept like a baby on that cushy bed. Plus, the location is sharp-sharp for walking around the town!

The separate bathroom was a bit of a trek, but honestly, no biggie.

This place is amazin! Location is perfect, just a few mins walk to the center of keswick. Tim is super friendly and makes an epic breakfast! The shared dining area is cool too, lets u chat with other guests and just feel at home. Room was realy comfy with all the tea and coffee stuff u need for a nice stay.

This place was just an appropriate option for a weekend vacation in Keswick with good value.
